Six members of the current BVU Authority board said their goodbyes today after adjourning for the final time.
A new board, most of whose members haven't yet been appointed, is scheduled to be sworn in Friday, the result of a new state law aimed at revising oversight at the public utilities provider.
Outgoing members said they were proud of their efforts to manage the utility and make changes in the wake of the federal corruption investigation and a series of convictions of former officials and contractors.
