CCAH Captures Eight MAXI Awards from DMAW

7/18/16

Excellence in Marketing Recognized with Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards for Work on Behalf of  Seven Different Clients

CCAH, a full-service direct marketing firm serving global nonprofit organizations, proudly announces that it has captured eight MAXI Awards from the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW). For the 23rd consecutive year, CCAH and its clients received more MAXI awards than any other competing agency. The DMAW recognized CCAH’s outstanding efforts at an award ceremony and reception held July 13 at the Gaylord National Hotel & Conference Center in National Harbor, Maryland.

The MAXI Award, established in 1979, stands for Marketing Award for eXcellence & Innovation; it honors outstanding achievements in the direct marketing industry. Judging involves six criteria: results, strategy, copy, design/format, production and innovation. Each entry is subject to four rounds of judging – three times by local judges and once by a panel of out-of-town judges – to ensure all entries receive equal consideration based on established criteria.

Kim Cubine, CCAH’s president, said, “It is an incredible honor to once again be recognized as a leader in the direct marketing field by the DMAW. At CCAH, we share our clients’ passion for advancing change and pride ourselves in helping each and every organization we represent achieve remarkable results. The eight MAXI awards are particularly meaningful because they reflect work done on behalf of seven diverse clients and involve three different marketing channels. Such wide-ranging results are indicative of our staff’s ability to craft compelling, innovative campaigns that appeal to the distinct emotions of each client’s donor base in their preferred channel.”

Here is the list of CCAH’s winning campaigns by award, client, campaign and channel:

  1. Gold: Alley Cat Allies, "All Creatures Great and Small" Holiday Card Appeal, Acquisition, Direct Mail
