Salamander Resort and Spa owner Shelia Johnson plans to begin construction of its long-awaited Middleburg homes by the end of the year once a permitting process with the Town of Middleburg is complete, the resort’s President Prem Devadas told the Times-Mirror.
?In the meantime, the company says it's continuing to work on the design development of the homes that they hope to market at the beginning of next year.
“We expect that the permitting process will be completed with the town by the end of October. That’s our goal,” Devadas said.
“Once that is over and we’ve also finished the tweaking of the design of the homes, then we will start construction on the first model home,” he explained. “So expect that to happen at the end of the year.”
