Lynchburg City Council is set to consider a performance agreement Tuesday night that would assist the owner of the Rosedale project in recovering up to $5.9 million in costs for building a road in the development.
Rosedale is proposed as a mixed-use development off Graves Mill Road to include residential, retail and office space.
If approved, the performance agreement would be between the city; Golden Mile LLC, the owner of the Rosedale development; Bella Rose Plantation LLC; and the Lynchburg Economic Development Authority.
