Generational Equity Announces Sale of Ice Partners to Ice World Maryland, an Affiliate of Blackstreet Capital Holdings

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Ice Partners of Abingdon, MD, to Ice World Maryland, LLC, an affiliate of Blackstreet Capital Holdings LLC. The acquisition closed Sept. 23, 2016. Details were not disclosed.

Ice Partners (dba Ice World), an ice-skating and hockey facility, is located near Baltimore. It opened in 1996 and operates year-round. Fully handicapped accessible, Ice Partners houses two NHL size (200 foot x 85 foot) rinks, eight team locker rooms, seating for up to 300, a snack bar and pro shop.

Blackstreet Capital Holdings, LLC, is a privately held diversified operating company that owns and manages small businesses. BCH was founded in 2015 by Murry Gunty and Lawrence Berger.

Musa Jagne, Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions for Generational Equity, led the deal to a successful close.
