The Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) today announced the addition of Matthew Kelly to the management team as the new Managing Director of Education.
“We are delighted to gain Matt’s expertise as we look to build upon the success of the ILPA Institute and other current offerings by expanding the number and diversity of educational programs available to our members,” says Peter Freire, ILPA’s CEO. “His experience with CEB designing and delivering high-impact learning and development to Fortune 1000 organizations will be invaluable to the ILPA.”
Based in Washington, DC, Mr. Kelly brings more than 15 years of experience in global executive education, strategy consulting, law and business management, most recently as Director of Talent Solutions with CEB, Inc. where he helped his clients drive the achievement of business objectives through world-class skill and leadership development programs. A veteran classroom instructor in addition to his management experience, Mr. Kelly has delivered executive education programs on six continents and successfully managed the delivery of quality CEB experiences by a network of more than 85 contract and full-time faculty.

Mr. Kelly holds a JD from Washington & Lee University, a BA from the University of Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar. He will be joining the ILPA team effective January 1.
