A Bethesda-based health care company raised $20 million in equity and plans to raise $10 million more, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Aledade Inc. filed the Form D on Jan 12, signed by Secretary Stephen B. Thau.
So far, $19,999,997 has been raised by lead investor Biomatics Capital, with participation from GV (formerly Google Ventures), Maryland Venture Fund, Venrock and ARCH Venture Partners.
Aledade plans to raise an additional $10,000,001, amounting to a total of $29,999,998 the company plans to raise.
