Federal Capital Partners and Kettler have sold the Fields of Leesburg development on Plaza Street in Leesburg for $55.3 million, according a new release.
The buyer was not disclosed.
The Fields of Leesburg, a 405-unit apartment complex at 75 Plaza St., was originally built in the 1970s and updated in the 1990s. The community offers an affordable-housing tax credit program for renters who qualify.
