McGuireWoods Consulting has added four Washington technology lobbyists to boost the capabilities it shares with the McGuireWoods law firm on emerging technology issues, the firm announced Thursday.
The four lobbyists came from the Washington office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
The lobbyists are Michael Drobac, whose prowess for laws and policies to promote growth in technology and the unmanned aerial vehicle industry earned him a place on The Hill’s 2016 Top Lobbyists list; Gregory Walden, who is an authority on aviation law and government ethics and who served as chief counsel with the Federal Aviation Administration; Amanda Armistead; and Casey Duggan.
