A Maryland-based real estate firm has purchased the Festival at Manassas shopping center for $20 million.
Finmarc Management is the new owner of the 117,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Global Food. The property is located off Sudley Road and across from Manassas Mall, according to a news release.
“Global Food attracts sustained consumer traffic from an extremely wide radius based on its diversified and highly-unique product offering, and the grocery store has proven its strength as the anchor tenant for Festival at Manassas,” Sean Sullivan, vice president of Finmarc Management, said.
