CBRE D.C. Appoints Jill Goubeaux As SVP Of Investor Services

CBRE’s Washington, D.C. office has hired a new Senior Vice President to its Investment Services Team, welcoming Jill Goubeaux to its roster of professionals.

“Along with being an extremely impressive broker with an excellent professional track record in the greater Washington, D.C. region, Jill Goubeaux is a community leader who will make an incredible addition to our Investor Services team,” said Brad Flickinger, Senior Managing Director, CBRE. “We’re excited to welcome her, and look forward to seeing her succeed with CBRE.”

Goubeaux, a 27-year veteran to the commercial real estate industry, comes to CBRE after spending the last 20 years of her accomplished career with The JBG Companies. Throughout her career, she has also worked with Cassidy & Pinkard and Trizechan Properties. She is an active member in CREW DC, NAIOP Northern Virginia, and CREBA. Goubeaux sits on the board of the Arlington Real Estate Group, and serves as President and Founder of the Ballston Business Improvement District.

In addition to her accomplished career in commercial real estate, her track record of community service and philanthropic workis equally impressive. For the past two years, she has served as the first honorary chairwoman of the JDRF Real Estate Games, raising over $1 million for Type 1 diabetes research. She also serves on the Women & Wine Committee, benefitting the Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center. Over the past 12 years, Goubeaux has helped grow the event from a small gathering of female business leaders to a hallmark fundraising event in the District, last year netting over $562,000.

Born and raised in central Pennsylvania, Goubeaux earned her bachelor’s degree from Penn State University before moving to D.C. to launch a successful career in commercial real estate. She lives with her family in Falls Church, Virginia. She will work closely with Scott Frankel’s team and sit in CBRE’s D.C. office, working in the District as well as the Rosslyn Ballston Corridor.
