DXC Technology Prices Senior Floating Rates Notes Offering

TYSONS, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DXC Technology Company (NYSE: DXC) (“DXC”) today announced the pricing of an offering of $650 million aggregate principal amount of its Senior Floating Rate Notes due 2021 (the “Notes”), priced at 100% of the aggregate principal amount. The Notes will bear interest at a floating rate equal to three-month LIBOR plus 0.95% per year.

The offering is being made through an underwriting syndicate led by Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, as sole active bookrunner and representative of the underwriters.

DXC intends to use proceeds from the offering, after the payment of underwriting discounts and other fees and expenses, for general corporate purposes including, but not limited to, the repayment of outstanding indebtedness.
