Reagan National Tops In Region In New Survey Of Airport Quality

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport edged the region’s two other major air-travel facilities in a new customer-service ranking, as all three fell in the middle of the pack in their size category.

Reagan National garnered 757 points out of a possible 1,000 in the J.D. Power 2017 North America Airport Satisfaction Study. Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport totaled 753 points, while Washington Dulles International picked up 744.

All three airports competed in the “Large Airport” category, and all three were ranked as 3-star facilities on a scale of 1 to 5. All three saw improvements from 2016 in total scores, and finished in the same order as they had a year before.
