Ben Comm Receives Award from Washington DC’s Apartment and Office Building Association

Cushman & Wakefield Leader Recognized for Contributions to Commercial Real Estate

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Ben Comm, Senior Managing Director, Asset Services, received the Sidney Glassman Award from the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA) of Washington, D.C. The award acknowledges outstanding leaders for their career contributions to the real estate industry on a senior management level in the areas of education, training, management, administration, and legislation.

Comm has more than 33 years of industry experience and leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, D.C. Asset Services team that manages more than 50 million square feet of assets for investor clients. He has been a member of the AOBA Board of Directors since 2006 and served as the board’s president in 2011.
