Snooty Pooch Grooming Spa and Pet Boutique has signed a lease with David S. Brown Enterprises, Ltd. for space within Honeygo Square, a 30,000 square foot neighborhood retail center located on 11550 Philadelphia Road in the White Marsh area of Baltimore County. The store, which has been owned and operated by Julia Theisen since 2008, is relocating from the Belair Road area. The new location is expected to open in March.

“The retail center is extremely visible and easy to access, and my customers will only have to walk a short distance with their pets to reach my door, which was an extremely important consideration,” explained Julia Theisen. “I am extremely confident that we will retain all of our current customers with the move and, given the popularity of Honeygo Square, expect to attract a new clientele as well.

Located at the intersection of Philadelphia Road and New Forge Road, current tenants include JM Seafood, Green Pizzeria, Taco Love Grill and JJ Wine & Spirits. More than 110,000 consumers reside within a five mile radius of the shopping center, including more than 42,000 households with an average household income approaching $45,000.
