ColumbiaNational Real Estate Finance, LLC, a premier commercial mortgage banking firm which was founded 79 years ago by the late James W. Rouse, announced today that it has named Kevin Tehan Principal & Managing Director of the firm. Mr. Tehan has served as Vice President and producer since joining the company in 2014. Since 2014, Mr. Tehan has closed over fifty transactions in nine states with a total deal volume of more than $1 billion. ColumbiaNational, through offices in Towson and Washington, D.C., specializes in agency and life insurance company lending in the Mid-Atlantic Region, and services a portfolio of approximately $4 billion from a third office in Columbia, Maryland.

In his new role, Mr. Tehan will continue to be responsible for deal origination and closings. He will also be involved with growing and strengthening the lending platform of the company, as well as helping to manage the loan servicing operations of the company. 

Mr. Tehan is involved with a number of local charities including board positions with the CCBC Foundation and YPB First Tee of Baltimore.
