Franklin County has nearly completed negotiating an easement agreement with Mountain Valley Pipeline on its Summit View business park property — a few signatures on the dotted line are all that remains to finalize the deal.
County Administrator Brent Robertson said the county is waiting only for the return of an executed document from Mountain Valley officials. He said he does not expect any changes to the document, which he shared with The Roanoke Times.
“We consider it a complete deal,” Robertson said.
