Hamilton Associates, Inc. has been recognized as "Best in Benefits," landing among the top 15 Mid-Atlantic Region companies participating in the 2017 Mid-Atlantic Benchmarking Survey.

Best in Benefits recognizes employers who offer the best benefit plans relative to their peers. The benefit value and cost of each company plan is determined by analyzing benefit plan designs, premiums and employer contributions provided from the survey. Companies are ranked by a lowest-cost/highest-benefit metric to determine Best in Benefits.

The Mid-Atlantic Benchmarking Survey is conducted annually on employee benefits including medical, dental, life, voluntary benefits and leave policies. The area surveyed included data from 147 companies representing nearly 80,000 employees and nearly $950 million dollars spent by companies on healthcare collectively.

In 2017 Hamilton Associates, Inc. won a number of awards that recognize its commitment to both employees and the environment, including:

• The Wellness Council of America's Top 10 Active Company Awards.
• Best in Benefits Award for providing its associates with superior benefits packages among employers in the mid-Atlantic region.
