VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dollar Bank celebrated the re-opening of its Haygood Office today with a ribbon cutting and in attendance were local dignitaries including the Honorable Mayor Sessoms and Warren Harris, Director of Economic Development for the City of Virginia Beach.
The new Dollar Bank Haygood office incorporates many of their “branch of the future” elements. It is equipped with Smart ATMs and Personal Teller Machines (PTMs). The PTMs feature state-of-the-art technology providing customers with real-time, face-to-face conversations with a remotely located Dollar Bank employee from 8:00 AM in the morning until 8:00 PM at night, six days a week.
Susan Ralston, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Dollar Bank’s Virginia Division shared her excitement, “the new Haygood Office provides our customers with personal service 12 hours a day for regular banking transactions through the use of new technologies. Our Haygood employees are on-site to assist customers with banking and borrowing needs that may be a bit more involved and our drive thru offers convenience to customers on the go.”
The Haygood re-opening includes special offers and a cash prize giveaway for customers and residents, including a $2 bill contest available through February 28, 2018 at all Dollar Bank Virginia offices.
The location of Dollar Bank’s Haygood Office is shared with the Haygood United States Post Office which is opening soon. This unique pairing of services offers the community even greater convenience.
