NET/WORK DC 2018 brought a mix of attendees seeking a job in tech and an intro to D.C.’s tech community in the process.

The hiring event, which is organized by Technical.ly, drew more than 100 attendees to Gensler’s downtown offices on Wednesday event. The event was presented by 1776and the (newly expanded) Flatiron School. Thanks to our media partners ByteBack, General Assembly and Hire Her.

Among the attendees looking to learn more about tech jobs in D.C. was Rea Johnson. She said she’s been looking to explore the tech community in D.C. and the event provided a chance to meet folks. She appreciated that it wasn’t held during the day.
