WPM Real Estate Management Regional Property Manager Michelle Thompson-Herzog has earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). The CPM is an elite mark of distinction for property managers that designates them as reliable, committed authorities in the industry. An intensive schedule of classes, an examination, an interview, plus at least three years of industry experience are among the stringent criteria required to become a CPM.

Michelle Thompson-Herzog joined WPM in 2004. She holds designations as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Specialist (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association. An active member of the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA), Thompson-Herzog serves on a number of committees and is an instructor and judge for the NALP Leasing designation through MMHA. In 2016, she was the recipient of the "Shining Star" of the year award given by MMHA for her efforts and dedication to the association. Thompson-Herzog also serves as a member of WPM's Maintenance Committee. She resides in Eastern Baltimore County with her husband, Chris, and her two sons.
