Harbor Group Sells Downtown Tower To Norfolk Housing Authority For $12M

Harbor Group International has sold a 17-story downtown tower to the city’s housing authority for $12 million.

The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority had leased space in the building, at 555 E. Main St., for its headquarters since June 2016. The building is across St. Paul’s Boulevard from the courthouse and next to a light-rail station for The Tide.

PNC Bank is one of the main tenants in the 125,000-square-foot building.
