Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of two transactions totaling 8,700 square feet of commercial property in the metropolitan Richmond, Virginia market.

Lease Transactions

Burn Boot Camp/Midlothian Fitness leased 5,700 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Woodlake Commons located at 6800 Woodlake Commons Loop in Midlothian, Virginia. DRE’s Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The fitness center joins: Virginia ABC Store, Shogun Steak and Sushi, Allstate Insurance, Spotlight Studio of Dance and Fest Restaurant in Woodlake Commons.

Park Group leased 3,000 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Exchange Alley Building located at 23-25 South 13^th Street in Richmond. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. This lease represents an expansion of Park Group’s existing premises in Exchange Alley to a total of 17,040 square feet of office space.
