Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of four transactions for 12,045 square feet of new and renewed commercial space throughout the greater Hampton Roads, Virginia market.

Lease Transactions

Civitas Health Services leased 3,250 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Executive Cove located at 5606 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, Va. Chris Bendit represented the landlord in the lease negotiations and Eric Hammond represented the tenant.

Banfield Pet Hospital leased the 2,520-square-foot, former Payless Shoesource endcap space in Haygood Shopping Center at 1021 Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Divaris-leased center include Farm Fresh, Marshalls, Dollar Tree, Rite Aid, and Chick-Fil-A.

Creative Nails leased 1,875 square feet of retail space in Colony Square located at 1303 Jamestown Road in Williamsburg, Va. Missy Martinovich handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

Lease Renewal

Plato’s Closet renewed its lease for 4,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Crossways Shopping Center located at 836 Eden Way North in Chesapeake, Va. Dave Redmond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Crossways Shopping Center include: Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, T.J.Maxx, ULTA, Value City Furniture, Michael’s, Rack Room Shoes, Panera and Kirklands.
