DCC May Face Position Cuts With 5 Percent Decline In Enrollment, Reduction In State Funds

Danville Community College faces a $650,000 shortfall in 2018-19, and positions may be cut.

“Our budget is challenged again this year,” DCC President Bruce Scism told the school’s advisory board during its meeting Monday night.

“We are working with the system office to come up with a plan to reduce expenses,” he said to board members.
