After almost 30 years, the Lynchburg Business Development Center has seen its fair share of changes and has worked to evolve as entrepreneurs’ needs have changed.
And as it approaches this three-decade milestone, Lynchburg officials are exploring ways to modify the center’s original mission, including possibly cooperating with anti-poverty programs or the local arts community.
The center, located at 147 Mill Ridge Road, is a business incubator to help new and existing businesses get off the ground or test a business plan.
