Her work has helped raise the profile of the small and diverse minority-owned design consultancy both in the nation’s capital and nationally as the firm continues to expand into additional markets. “Throughout my career, I have been passionate about advancing the achievements of women, and to be recognized by PRWeek alongside women who are doing such extraordinary work is a great honor,” says Chrys Sbily.“I am grateful to my colleagues at MMD for nominating me; I am so fortunate to work with such talented and supportive friends who want every one of us to shine.”
