After the completion of comprehensive renovations and upgrades to the lobby of the eight-story, 132,000 square foot Class “A” office tower located in Timonium, tenants were recognized for their patience during the four-month construction process. “Everyone was good-natured about the small inconveniences they experienced during construction. They knew the final result would be well worth it,” explained Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President for Hill Management Services.
Beginning last December, the company replaced the flooring and windows, replaced all the marble tile wall covering including the lobby fountain, installed a new revolving door, ceiling lights and railings. Additional improvements included relocating and upgrading the security/reception desk and replacing the doors. New place-making furniture will also be added to the area. Hill Management’s upgrades to the Timonium Corporate Center will continue with complete elevator modernization, exterior façade improvements and a final phase of new landscaping. This building has always maintained high occupancy levels and with the upgrades the demand for space in this building has increased even more.
Located at 9115 Deereco Road in Timonium, Maryland, the building features approximately 15,000 square foot floor plates. Timonium Corporate Center is positioned directly off the Padonia Road exit of Interstate 83, and is within close proximity to the amenities of York Road and a Maryland Transit Authority Light Rail Station. The Hunt Valley town center is located approximately two miles north, and the Baltimore City central business district can be accessed in less than 20 minutes.
