Allianz Global Assistance USA, a leading provider of consumer specialty insurance, has been recognized for outstanding customer service in the 16th annual American Business Awards. The company won top honors with a Gold Trophy for Customer Service Team of the Year and a Gold Trophy for Customer Service Department of the Year in the Insurance category.
Since 2015, Allianz Global Assistance has won 14 American Business Awards and Stevie Awards for customer service excellence. The American Business Awards are the nation's premier business awards program. The awards are called the "Stevie's" for the Greek word meaning "crowned."
