After acquiring the former Sun Products manufacturing facility in 2015, Chesapeake Real Estate Group immediately initiated a redevelopment program that involved demolition activities of five separate buildings comprising more than 600,000 square feet of space, coupled with the development of two new buildings totaling up to 550,000 square feet of new warehouse and distribution product.
