OTJ Architects Expands with Addition of New Landlord Services Focused Studio

Leading interior architecture and design firm OTJ Architects is expanding with the creation of a new studio, headed by Director Amy Carter, IIDA, LEED AP. The new studio’s practice will be focused primarily on the delivery of landlord projects, including commercial building repositioning and tenant build-outs. A former founding partner of Esoarc Studio, Ms. Carter brings nearly 25 years of commercial interior design experience on projects spanning private, nonprofit, and government sectors. Her clients include Cushman & Wakefield, Stout & Teague, Blake Real Estate,Monday Properties, Duke Realty, and HHS/OIG among others. She will bring a dedicated staff to her new studio. Among her most recently completed projects are headquarters for CTIA and American Diabetes Association.
