Lease Transactions
Valkyrie Enterprises leased 8,130 square feet of office space located at 390 Camarillo Ranch Road in Camarillo, California. Maria Hammerson, Vivian Turok and Mary McGovern represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Boost Mobile leased 1,800 square feet of retail space in the Ocean View Shopping Center located at 167 West Ocean View in Norfolk, Virginia. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
R&B Asian Food Corporation leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fairfield Shopping Center located at 5242 Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Fairfield Shopping Center include: Food Lion, T.J.Maxx, Taylors Do-It Center, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, AT&T, Hardee’s, SunTrust, Starbucks, and Dominos.
Next Barber Shop leased 1,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Crossways Shopping Center located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake, Va. David Redmond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Crossways Shopping Center include: Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, T.J.Maxx, ULTA, Value City Furniture, Michael’s, Rack Room Shoes, Panera and Kirklands.
Branscome Incorporated leased 736 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Kempsville Road Office building located at 1446 Kempsville Road in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Mattress Firm renewed its lease for 3,982 square feet of retail space in Crossways Shopping Center. David Redmond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Insight Technology Solutions renewed its lease for 1,670 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Harbour Breeze Professional Center located at 1530 Breezeport Way in Suffolk, Va. Krista Costa, Katherine Olson and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Cold Stone Creamery renewed its lease for 1,336 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Town Center of Virginia Beach located at 228 Central Park Ave. Erica Rorrer, Sezin Cortinas and Gerald Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
