Trifecto Bar Opens in the Common Kitchen

Clarksville Commons is pleased to announce the opening of Trifecto Bar in Howard County’s first food hall, The Common Kitchen. Trifecto, opening this Saturday, July 7th at 11 am, is the first of eleven new offerings in The Common Kitchen scheduled to open over the next few months.

Trifecto Bar will offer customers locally roasted coffee, cold-pressed juices, delicious handcrafted granola, gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, and coming soon: local beers, and creative cocktails. Trifecto is the newest venture for business partners Elias Castillo, Leigha Steele, and Tiara Castillo, founders of District Juicery at Union Kitchen in DC. District Juicery makes raw organic juices and granola already available at stores, hotels, and food markets throughout DC and Maryland.

Trifecto Bar will provide customers an early morning option for coffee and fresh juices beginning at 8am daily. Coming soon, afternoon and early evening patrons will enjoy five rotating local beers and kombucha on six taps along with an assortment ofunique, fresh mixed cocktails.

In addition to overseeing the daily operations of Trifecto, Castillo serves as General Manager of The Common Kitchen. “The concept of the Common Kitchen, with shared commercial kitchen space and independent local food vendors, allows us to take our company’s vision to the next level,” explains Castillo. “We expect the Common Kitchen, with Trifecto and its other vendors and merchants, to be a local gathering place that reflects the diversity within the Howard County community.”

The next few weeks will see the opening of Scoop & Paddle, Smokin on the Bayou, Namaste Foodie, Koshary by Misteka, Suhay’s Little Shop Flowers & Balloons,and Royaltea at The Common Kitchen.
