Acquisition increases Klein Enterprises’ commercial portfolio to over 2.1 million square feet

Klein Enterprises, Baltimore-based real estate developer, through one of its affiliates, has acquired 7152 Windsor Boulevard, located within the Rutherford Business Park in the government and contractor driven Windsor Mill submarket of Baltimore County, Maryland.

The 57,855-square-foot single-story office building is fully leased by Leidos Innovations Corporation, a subsidiary of defense contractor Leidos, through February 2023. Leidos operates two federal government contracts at the property, supporting the Social Security Administration (SSA) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS)/SSA joint programs.
