Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer partnered with FeedMore for the months of May and June through their Thalhimer Gives company initiative focused on increasing community involvement and charitable giving. Through Thalhimer Gives, associates have the opportunity to actively engage in the community by donating financially, providing much-needed supplies, and giving generously of their time to local organizations.

• Donating financially
• oThalhimer associates raised $1,031 for FeedMore through “Friday Jeans” and the company contributed a $1,000 match for a total donation of $2,031toFeedMore.“Friday Jeans” allows Thalhimer associates to wear jeans every Friday by making a $5 donation to the Thalhimer Gives partner organization.
• Providing much-needed supplies
• oThalhimer associates donated 564 pounds of the most needed food items to FeedMore including peanut butter, lean canned protein, canned vegetables, canned fruits, tomato products, beans, whole grain cereal, whole grains and healthy snacks.
• Giving generously of their time
• oThalhimer partnered with FeedMore for three unique volunteer opportunities and provided associates paid time off to give back.
• §Distribution Center – May 10
• Thalhimer associates volunteered to sort donations and pack boxes for distribution to FeedMore agencies.
• §Community Kitchen – May 24
• Thalhimer associates volunteered to package meals, assist with light prep work, and make bread and butter bags for FeedMore’s Meals on Wheels program.
• §Children’s Program – June 27
• Thalhimer associates volunteered to package shelf-stable breakfast meals for FeedMore’s Summer Food Service Program.
