Drew Briscoe has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of The JCR Companies of Washington, DC. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing leasing and management of the company’s approximately 900,000 square foot portfolio. He also is a member of JCR’s acquisition, disposition, and financing teams.

Mr. Briscoe has been with JCR since 2012, most recently serving as Vice President. During this time, he has driven revenue through aggressive leasing strategies, efficient management oversight, sourcing new investment opportunities, and assisting in the development of talent and corporate strategy. Prior to joining JCR, Drew was engaged in leasing and managing a 450,000 SF retail shopping center portfolio in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

A native of Northern Virginia, Mr. Briscoe is licensed to practice real estate throughout the DC Metro area. He holds Certified Property Manager and Accredited Commercial Manager credentials from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Drew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
