Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of Northgate Center located at 8002-8030 Staples Mill Road in Richmond, Virginia.

Wilton Northgate Company, LLC purchased the 35,483 square foot flex center situated on 9.13 acres from Northgate Associates, LLC for $2,600,000 as an investment.

Gregg W. Beck of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer and will also act as leasing representative for available space within the center.
