The integrated global public affairs and association management consultancy’s new headquarters will be located at 1420 New York Avenue, NW just one block from the White House.

WLS Principal Rich Lane and Vice President Sam Werner represented Interel. Previously known as the Association Management Group, the 90-person firm was acquired last year by Brussels-based Interel and folded into its network of offices in more than 70 countries worldwide.

Known as the Commercial National Bank Building, 1420 New York Avenue’s original structure was built in 1917 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The LEED^® Gold property was rehabilitated in 1986 with an 11-story addition. The building is two blocks from the McPherson Square and Metro Center Metro Stations, offers a fitness center and a rooftop terrace, and is surrounded by an abundance of dining, retail and hotel amenities.
