Potomac Bancshares, Inc. (OTC-QB: PTBS), the one bank holding company for Bank of Charles Town (BCT), welcomes Kathryn "Kitty" Kearns as Executive Vice President, Virginia Market President.

Ms. Kearns brings more than 33 years of commercial banking experience, of which over 20 years were concentrated in the Loudoun County, Virginia market. Prior to joining BCT, Ms. Kearns served as Chief Credit Officer, Executive Vice President and Regional Lending Manager at Middleburg Bank in Leesburg, Virginia.

Ms. Kearns is a graduate of the Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma. She also attended Hagerstown Community College. Ms. Kearns lives in Loudoun County, Virginia.
