Corporate & Securities Attorney Susan Kim Joins Womble Bond Dickinson in Northern Virginia

Womble Bond Dickinson has further strengthened its corporate and securities practice in Northern Virginia with the addition of attorney Susan Kim.

Kim’s practice includes guiding clients in mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and other corporate transactions. She also has experience in the investment management industry, counseling registered investment companies and investment advisers on regulatory and compliance issues.
