Rick Fernandez, Senior Managing Director of Calkain Companies, brokered the sale of the Chantilly, Virginia The Learning Experience for $4.67M.  The Chantilly property along with the Woodbridge and Manassas locations, combined for a $11+ Million sale for the owner/developer.  The properties are leased to The Learning Experience, one of the fastest growing daycare operations in the country.
