JLL Paves Way for Career Advancement with Second Internal Strategic Market Leader Promotion in Two Months

JLL announces today the appointment of Louis Molinini to Mid-Atlantic Project & Development Services (PDS) Market Lead. Molinini assumes the role formerly held by Chris Molivadas, who was promoted to Mid-Atlantic Market Director in June 2018.

As PDS Market Lead, Molinini will oversee all the business line’s practice groups, which include office, healthcare, education, hospitality, life sciences, industrial, multi-site, mission critical residential and tenant representation. Molinini joined JLL following the firm’s merger with The Staubach Company in 2008. In his former role as Senior Vice President, Molinini led JLL Mid-Atlantic’s tenant representation and hospitality market segments where he successfully led the vision for many noteworthy clients, including:

Molinini holds a bachelor of science degree from Virginia Tech and a master’s in real estate from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. He resides in Oakton, VAwith his wife Meaghan and their three sons, Joseph, Matthew and Ian.
