Fernandez Represented Seller in the Transaction

Rick Fernandez, Senior Managing Director of Calkain Companies, recently brokered the sale of two Applebee’s restaurants, one in Frederick, MD and and the other in Warrenton, Virginia. Sold individually, the properties were purchased by private investors in a 1031 exchange.
