Virginia Beach-based real estate developer Kotarides is wrapping up construction on a 294-unit apartment community in Charlotte, N.C.
The development, Belmont at Tryon, represents the company’s entry into the Charlotte market. The community is Kotarides’ fifth community in North Carolina, many of which are in the Raleigh-Durham region.
“We believe there is a great deal of potential for growth in the Charlotte area,” Tammy Davis, Kotarides’ director of property management, said in a statement. “We’re bullish on this region as we look for additional development opportunities.”
Belmont at Tryon is situated on more than 20 acres. Its one- and two-bedroom apartments will feature 10 floorplans.
