In her new role, Heidi will lead Innovative's Strategic Court Information Products Division, reporting directly to the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Timothy Brothers.
Heidi brings over 14 years of background screening industry experience, including a wide range of operational and sales expertise. She previously served as Vice President at Convergence Research and Director of Operations at CoreLogic.
