Wayne's responsibilities will include client estate and tax planning, business succession planning and in-house General Counsel. He will also assist PagnatoKarp clients with their legal matters through his law firm, Zell Law, PLLC.
Wayne brings over 33 years' experience as a practicing tax and corporate lawyer focusing on estate and business planning, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and executive compensation for clients in myriad industries, such as government contracting, retail, hospitality, and technology.
