KETTLER, one of greater Washington, D.C. area’s leading real estate development and property management companies, announced today that Justin J. Glasgow will be joining the company as Chief Investment Officer effective September 24, 2018.

An accomplished real estate professional with over 15 years’ experience, Mr. Glasgow is a skilled multifamily executive with extensive knowledge in multifamily transactions and capital sourcing, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, brokerage and advisory services. “We are thrilled to have Justin on board. The depth of his skills and real estate experience will greatly support our capital and growth strategies” said Usha Chaudhary, President and Chief Operating Officer of KETTLER.

Prior to joining Kettler, Mr. Glasgow was Managing Director, Head of Real Estate at a Bethesda, MD-based single-family office. Previously he was Senior Managing Director in the Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance Group at Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, D.C. and a Director in Real Estate Investment Banking at Robert W. Baird & Co. Mr. Glasgow will report directly to Ms. Chaudhary, who will oversee the Multifamily division in the interim.

Mr. Glasgow will be replacing Asheel Shah, President and Chief Investment Officer of Multifamily, who after 11 years with KETTLER, will be leaving as of September 21, 2018 to pursue another opportunity. “Asheel has been a valuable member of our team who joined Kettler in 2007 at a time when real estate faced significant challenges. Asheel helped to grow Kettler’s portfolio and oversaw the acquisition of over $1.5B of assets, as well as led the development team in delivering some of Kettler’s most iconic properties,” said Ms. Chaudhary. “We are sorry to see him leave, but we are grateful for his service to our company and wish him well as he pursues future endeavors.”
