UBS Promotes Emily de la Reguera to Assistant Market Head - Mid-Atlantic Market

UBS is proud to announce Baltimore-native Emily de la Reguera has been promoted to Assistant Market Head - Mid-Atlantic Market,Wealth Management USA, based in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Emily has extensive experience in many critical parts of the global wealth management firm, including wealth management partnerships, capital markets, securities backed lending, asset management, financial planning, communications and marketing, Global Family Office pricing and most recently, recruiting and training the next generation of financial advisors as the Director of Next Generation Development at UBS. In this role, Emily revamped the recruitment and training program for financial advisors nationwide in order to diversify the firm’s workforce. Alongside Ellen Pierce, Mid-Atlantic Market Head, Wealth Management USA, at UBS, Emily will pioneer a new field leader development program, creating an expedited path to management at the world’s largest wealth management firm.

In addition, Emily completed the Business Bridge Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Emily has been quoted in Investment News, Think Advisor, Financial Planning, FundFire, and Family Wealth Report, among others. Emily is series 7, 66, 24, 9 and 10 certified and currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland.
