Divaris Real Estate’s Richmond Office Completes Seven Transactions Totaling 70,406 SF

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of seven transactions totaling 70,406 square feet and 1.3 acres of commercial space in the metropolitan Richmond, Virginia market.

Sales Transaction

EMC North Park Center, LLC purchased a 1.3-acre retail parcel located at 2460 Colony Crossing Place in Midlothian, Va, from Colony Investments I, LLC for $2,100,000. Harrison Hall and Peter Vick represented the buyer in the transaction.

Lease Transactions

Crunch Fitness leased 28,737 square feet of retail space in Chesterfield Towne Center located at 11500 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Crunch Fitness will be located between the Sears and Barnes & Noble stores, with its own external entrance from outside the mall. This is the fifth Crunch Fitness location in the Richmond region, represented by Vick and Hall.

Venture X leased 17,862 square feet of retail space located at 1806 Summit Avenue in Richmond. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the tenant in lease negotiations.

An International Human Resources Firm leased 11,647 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property at 1901 Roseneath Road in Richmond. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The international human resources firm has been in business for over 30 years.

Dorsey Wright & Associates leased 5,662 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Handcraft Building located at 1501 Roseneath Road in Richmond. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. The investment advisory firm joins other tenants in the property, including: The Fahrenheit Group, 510 Architects, Vasen Brewery and Randstad USA.

Burn Boot Camp leased 5,000 square feet of retail space in the Chesterfield Marketplace located at 1208 Carmia Way in Richmond. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Hazen and Sawyer expanded its existing lease of 4,665 square feet by 1,498 square feet to a total of 6,163 square feet of office space in the Handcraft Building located at 1501 Roseneath Road in Richmond. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. The global engineering firm specializes in water treatment facilities.
