Richmond Region Tourism has promoted two longtime staff members.
Katherine O’Donnell has been named executive vice president. She has been with the organization for more than 16 years, during which she launched its community relations division. O’Donnell’s most recent title was vice president of community relations.
Jennifer Hendren’s title also has been changed from vice president of marketing to chief marketing officer. Hendren leads the organization’s marketing, public relations, content development and creative services. She has been with the organization more than 11 years.
